Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies when you visit our websites, use our services, or communicate with us online or offline.

This policy is a general template and does not create an attorney client relationship. Please have your counsel review and adapt it for your operations and jurisdictions.

b) Information collected automatically

When you use our sites or services we may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and general location
  • Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, and referring pages
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Cookies and tracking below

c) Information from third parties

We may receive information from service providers, partners, and public sources. Examples include lead forms you complete on partner sites or analytics about website usage.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Please do not send us sensitive information such as government IDs, health information, or financial account numbers except where necessary for payment processing through our PCI DSS compliant providers.

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our websites and services
  • Set up and manage accounts and process transactions

  • Comply with law, enforce terms, and defend legal rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run our site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and improve marketing. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work if you disable cookies.

If required in your region, you can update cookie choices at any time via our cookie settings link: /cookie-settings.

6. Payment processing

Payments are processed by third party providers. Those providers collect and process payment information in line with their own policies. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems and we use PCI DSS compliant providers.

7. How we share information

We do not sell or trade personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us host, operate, analyze, communicate, support, route and deliver messages, or bill for our services. This includes messaging platforms and telecommunications carriers that deliver SMS and MMS
  • Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors
  • Parties in a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
  • Authorities when required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent harm

When we share information with service providers, they must use it only to provide services to us and protect it as required by contract.

We do not sell or share personal information, including as the term “share” is defined for cross context behavioral advertising under California law. If this changes, we will provide required notice and a way to opt out.

8. International transfers

If we transfer your information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by regulators. You can contact us to request a copy or summary of relevant safeguards.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we detect a security incident that affects your information, we will act promptly and notify you if required by law.
