How SiteHike collects, uses and protects information from website visitors and clients.
When you submit a form on this site we collect what you enter, typically your name, email address, phone number, business name and website. If you book a call we also collect what you tell us on it. Our website and analytics tools record ordinary technical information as well, such as the pages you viewed, the site or search that sent you, your rough location by region, and the type of device and browser you used.
We use your contact information to reply to your inquiry, deliver the audit or materials you requested, and communicate about services. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we use to operate the business, such as hosting, email and CRM tools, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
Where we are given access to your Google Business Profile, advertising accounts or analytics, that access is used only to perform the services you have engaged us for, and is removed on request when the engagement ends.
This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for analytics, including Google Analytics, which helps us see which pages people read. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected, and Google publishes a browser add on that turns its analytics off across every site that uses it.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact page and we will action it.
If you give us your mobile number on a form or on a call, we may text you about your inquiry, your audit, your project or an appointment. Message frequency varies with what is happening on your account, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect anything else you have with us, and we will still reply by email or phone.
We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers reach only the messaging providers that send the messages for us, and only so the message can be delivered.
We use a small number of outside services to run the business, and your information reaches them only so they can do their part. The main ones are Webflow, which hosts this website, HighLevel, which runs our CRM, forms and messaging, and Google, for analytics and for work on Google Business Profile listings. We also use ordinary email and calendar tools. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information to anyone and we do not hand it over for someone else's marketing.
Inquiry and audit information is kept for as long as we may reasonably need it to follow up or to remember what we already looked at. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and for a period afterward for accounting and legal reasons. If you want yours deleted sooner, ask and we will do it, apart from anything we are required to keep.
This site is meant for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
