How we work

A 30-day build with no discovery phase

Most agencies spend your first month in meetings. We spend it building. Here is what happens week by week, and the short list of things we need from you to hit the date.

The build

Six steps from first call to live site

Nothing here is a surprise. You will know what stage you are at and what comes next, every week.

1

The intro call

We pull your business up on Google while you are on the phone and show you where you actually rank in the towns you serve. No slide deck. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will tell you on that call.

2

The audit

We go through your current site, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and the competitors beating you, then write down what is costing you jobs. You get that in writing whether or not you hire us.

3

Design and copy

We design around the jobs you actually want more of, and we write the copy. You do not get a blank template and a homework assignment.

4

Photos and proof

We pull usable photos from your phone, your Google profile and your Facebook page. If there is nothing worth using, we tell you exactly what to shoot and how to shoot it.

5

Review and launch

You get a live preview link, you mark up anything you want changed, we fix it, and the site goes up. Most builds are live inside 30 days of the audit.

6

Rank and report

Launch is the start, not the finish. From there it is Google Business Profile work, local SEO across your service area, reviews, and a monthly report that shows what moved.

Week by week

What the first 30 days look like

This is the schedule we hold ourselves to. If something slips, you hear it from us before you have to ask.

01

Audit and access

Kickoff call, then we get added to your Google Business Profile, your domain registrar and your current host. Your time on this is about 40 minutes total.

02

The homepage first

You see the homepage first, so you can react to the direction before we build everything else on top of it.

03

Build

Every service page, every town you serve, forms wired to your phone and your inbox, tracking installed and tested.

04

Final pass and cutover

Your changes, a final pass, then the DNS cutover. Google Business Profile cleanup happens the same week the site goes live.

Your part

What we need from you

Short list on purpose. You have jobs to run.

About an hour, once

One kickoff call and one review pass. That is the whole ask. We do not send twelve page questionnaires and wait.

Access, not passwords in an email

You add us as a user on your Google Business Profile and your domain registrar. You keep ownership of every account, during the work and after it.

Straight answers about the work

Which jobs pay best, which ones you are tired of, and which towns are worth the drive. That decides what the site sells and where we point the SEO.

Month two and beyond

After launch, every month

A website on its own does not rank. This is the part that compounds.

Local SEO across your service area

Pages for the towns you actually serve, internal linking that holds together, and technical fixes as Google changes what it rewards.

Google Business Profile, worked weekly

Posts, photos, service and category cleanup, and questions answered. The listing is usually where the phone calls come from first.

Reviews that keep coming in

A request goes out after the job is done, so you are not relying on remembering to ask. Steady reviews move local rankings more than almost anything else you can control.

A report you can read in five minutes

Where you rank, what changed, how many calls and forms came in, and what we are doing next month. No vanity charts.

Start the clock

Book the intro call and we will pull your rankings up live. Day one of the 30 starts at the audit, not at a signature.
