For contractors

SEO for contractors who need the phone to ring

Local SEO built around the trades. We work the searches that turn into booked jobs, in the towns you actually drive to, and we show you a map of where you stand every single month.

The work

What contractor SEO actually involves

It is a narrower job than general SEO and a more useful one. Almost none of it is about ranking a blog post.

The map pack, not page one

For a home service business the three map results sit above everything else on the screen. That is where the calls come from. Getting into them is a different job than ranking an article, and it is the one we do first.

Coverage where you actually work

Real pages for the towns worth driving to, naming the services you run there and the jobs you have finished nearby. A thin page for a town you have never worked in helps nothing and can quietly hurt you.

Your Google Business Profile, worked weekly

Categories, service area, the services list, photos and questions. For most contractors this listing takes more calls than the website does, and it is usually the thing nobody has touched since setup.

Reviews as a ranking factor

Volume and recency both count. A business collecting three a month beats one that got forty in 2023 and nothing since. We automate the ask so it happens on every job, not when someone remembers.

The technical floor

Page speed on a phone, schema, internal links that hold together, and no duplicate pages fighting each other. None of this wins on its own. All of it loses for you if it is wrong.

Content that answers real searches

How much does a roof wash cost. Is soft washing safe for vinyl siding. Answer those properly and you are the name they remember when they finally pick up the phone.

Proof

How you will know it is working

Most contractors have been burned by a report full of impressions. Here is what you get instead.

A rank grid, every month

The same search run from dozens of points spread across your service area, with your position recorded at each one. It is a map of your real visibility, town by town, instead of one screenshot taken from a convenient spot.

Calls and forms, not impressions

How many people actually contacted you, from where, and through what. Impressions and clicks are inputs. A booked job is the output, and that is what we report against.

A five minute read

What changed, what we did, what is next. Written for someone who runs crews, not for someone who enjoys dashboards. If a number moved the wrong way it is in there too.

An honest timeline

Google Business Profile work often shows inside four to six weeks. Ranking gains across a service area usually take three to six months and keep compounding. Anyone promising page one next month is buying links or lying.

Why the trade matters

We only do this for one kind of business

We know what the seasons do to you

Exterior cleaning dies in January and roofing spikes after a storm. An agency that does not know your calendar will spend your budget flat across twelve months and wonder why the spring did not land.

We know what proof sells your work

Before and after photos close exterior cleaning. Licensing, insurance and response time close electrical and plumbing. Putting the wrong kind of proof in front of a homeowner just reads as noise.

We are already in your listing every week

This is not a report we run once a quarter. Posts go out, questions get answered, reviews get replies, and unauthorized edits to your hours get reverted before you notice them.

You talk to the person doing it

No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. The person on your first call is the person in your listing on a Tuesday morning.

Questions

What contractors ask us first

What does contractor SEO cost?

Plans are $247, $347 and $597 a month with no build fee. SEO sits inside the plan rather than being billed separately. Hosting is $300 a year, billed by Webflow directly to you.

Do I need a new website for this to work?

Sometimes not. If your current site is fast, readable by Google and converts, we will say so and work on the listing and the local signals instead. We would rather tell you that than sell you a rebuild you did not need.

Can you guarantee I will rank?

No. What we guarantee is a rank grid every month so you can see exactly what is happening, and the option to walk after the initial term if it is not working.

Will you work with my competitor?

Not in your service area. If we are working with you in a town, we are not taking on the company across the road from you.

Do you buy links?

No. For a local contractor it is mostly wasted money and a real risk to a site that is otherwise fine. Reviews, a properly built profile and pages for the towns you serve move more and cannot get you penalised.

I am one truck. Is this too early?

Usually not, and one truck is often the best time because you are competing against companies who set their listing up once and forgot it. We will tell you on the call if we think you should wait.

See where you actually rank

One call, no pitch. We pull your business up on Google while you are on the phone and show you the towns where you disappear. No fee, and you keep the notes either way.
