Property management, home maintenance and real estate readiness in New Jersey.

NJ RPS sells consolidation. Property management, home maintenance and real estate readiness under one number and one bill is the entire pitch, and a standard trade website buries that idea under a list of services. The three lines also go to three different buyers: a landlord, a homeowner and a listing agent. One shared services page would have made all three work harder than they should to see themselves in it.
We built a six page site with three service pillar pages, one each for property management, home solutions and real estate solutions. The homepage leads with the one number, one bill idea, since consolidation is what the company is actually selling. The real estate solutions page is written for agents getting a listing ready, with different language from the homeowner pages. An About page and a contact page with a working inquiry form complete the build.
A six page site for a New Jersey company that combines property management, home maintenance and real estate readiness under one roof.
The homepage explains the one number, one bill idea rather than listing trades, since the pitch is consolidation. The real estate solutions page is written for agents preparing a listing rather than for homeowners.
NJ RPS has a site that explains a business model most people need to hear twice, and gets it across in one pass. Each of the three lines has a page a prospect can be sent to directly, which matters for a company that picks up a lot of work through referral. The inquiry form gives the business a written record of what a caller wants before the first conversation. This is a website build with no SEO campaign attached, so there is no ranking data to report.
