Hope Is Coming is a Christ centered youth athletics program still in its early years, running camps, training, leagues, tournaments and an AAU travel team. Its offerings turn over by season, so a new camp or clinic needs a page and a signup within days of being announced. On top of that it fundraises, sells merch and funds a mental health initiative, which is a lot of moving parts for a young organization.
Every offering got its own page: basketball camps, all sports summer camp, summer baseball and softball camps, basketball training, 1-on-1, leagues, tournaments and the AAU travel program. An events section carries the cornhole and golf fundraisers as dated pages, with purchasable sponsorship listings like logo placement on the boards and on the bags. There is a merch shop for hoodies, hats, tees, wristbands and basketballs, a donation page, and a Hope Is Here page for the mental health work the program funds. Eric builds and maintains the site himself.
A parent can find the right camp, sign up and buy the shirt in one visit. Sponsors can see the packages and buy them straight from the event pages, and the Hope Is Here initiative has a page where its purpose gets explained properly. Because Eric maintains the site directly, new camps and events go live as soon as the schedule is set.
