How each one works

Their approach

180 Sites sells three packages: Starter at $195 a month for a 5 page website, Deluxe at $250 a month for a 10 page website, and Premium at $300 a month for a 20 page website. Its pricing page says every package is based on a 24 month payment plan, where the company does the work up front and you pay for it over time. All packages include a customized 180 template, a project manager, lead forms, hosting and security, backups, uptime monitoring and a 30 day money back guarantee. The higher packages add text and CRM automation and blog posting.

180 Sites says that once the 24 month term is paid off, the website is yours, and you can host it yourself or keep it with them for a discounted month to month management fee. The sites are built on WordPress. Before you sign, ask what happens if you need to stop paying before month 24, and whether ongoing SEO work is included or priced separately.

Our approach

We're a three person team that builds custom sites on Webflow and does the local SEO around them: a page for each service and town, Google Business Profile work, review requests on the Ranked and Booked plans, and a monthly report that counts calls and form fills.

Our plans cost more per month, from $347 to $697, and there's no build fee. The term is 12 months instead of 24, and after 12 payments the site is yours. If you stay after that, the rate drops to $247, $347 or $597 a month depending on the plan. Webflow hosting is billed by Webflow directly to you, and the domain and your Google Business Profile stay in your name the whole time.

Who each one suits
  • Go with 180 Sites if the lowest monthly price matters most, a template based site fits your business, and you're comfortable with a 24 month term.
  • Come to us if you want local SEO included from the start, a shorter 12 month term, and a custom site with pages for the towns you want calls from.
  • If you're with 180 Sites now and it's bringing in calls, stay with it. If you're thinking about leaving, check where you are in the 24 month term first, and we'll help with the move when the time is right.
