Lawn care website design

Lawn care website design for mowing and lawn treatment companies

SiteHike builds and manages websites for lawn care companies, and every plan includes local SEO, Google Business Profile work and a monthly report that counts your calls. A lawn care site has one main job, which is to sign up recurring customers in the towns your crews already work. Plans start at $347 a month with no build fee.

Sites we built and still manage

The figures below come from Google Search Console for sites we built and still manage. Every site is linked from our work page, so you can open it and check.

MC Outdoor Services, Union County NJ

MC Outdoor does landscaping, pavers and irrigation across Union, Somerset, Morris and Middlesex County. The site has six service pages, separate residential and commercial landing pages and four county pages. Google impressions went from 281 in July 2026 to 4,021 in August, and the average position moved from 79.7 to 56.4 in that month.

Duncan Power Washing

Duncan Power Washing brought in 466 clicks on 77,094 impressions from April to August 2026, with 38 search terms holding an average position in the top 3. Like lawn care, it's seasonal outdoor work where the map pack decides who gets the call.

Trapani Electric, Morris County NJ

Trapani's site has 18 residential service pages, seven commercial pages and five county pages with 23 town pages. It launched in April 2026 and recorded 6,222 Google impressions in August. A lawn care site gets the same town page structure, limited to the towns your crews actually mow.

How it works

Three things to know about lawn care websites

Sign ups matter more than one time quotes

A lawn care customer is worth a full season of visits, often several. The site should make it easy to pick a plan or request a recurring quote from a phone, instead of making people call during business hours to ask what you offer.

Route density decides your margin

A new customer three streets from your current stops is worth more than one twenty minutes away. We build town pages for the places your crews already work, so the leads that come in fit your routes instead of scattering them.

Local SEO is included in every plan

We don't sell SEO as a separate package. Plans are $347, $447 and $697 a month, each one includes the website, the Google Business Profile work and the local SEO, and there's no build fee. Higher plans add more town pages, more service pages and follow up automation for recurring customers.

The work

What a SiteHike lawn care website includes

A page for each service you sell

Weekly mowing, fertilization and weed control, aeration and overseeding, leaf cleanup and anything else you offer. Each one gets its own page, so a search for lawn aeration lands on a page about aeration instead of a list of everything.

Town pages along your routes

We build a service areas hub with town pages for the places you actually mow, and search data decides which towns get one. The site doesn't fill up with thin pages for towns your trucks never visit.

Your Google Business Profile, set up and kept current

We set the right primary category, add the services you offer, and fill in the service area and photos. On the Ranked and Booked plans, we keep the profile current and a review request goes out after each completed visit.

A rank grid and a call count every month

The report shows a map of where you rank for searches like lawn care near me across your area, the change from last month, and the number of calls and form fills the site and profile produced. We explain it in plain language and tell you what we're doing next.

Questions

Questions lawn care owners ask us

How much does a lawn care website cost?

Plans are $347, $447 and $697 a month with no build fee, and each plan includes the website, the service and town pages, the Google Business Profile work and the local SEO. Hosting is about $300 a year billed by Webflow directly. Everything is published on the pricing page.

How is this different from landscaping website design?

Landscaping website design is for companies selling patios, walls and design build projects, where the photo gallery does most of the selling. A lawn care company sells recurring service, so the site leads with plans, service areas and an easy way to sign up. If you do both, we build one site with a separate path for each.

Should I put prices on my lawn care site?

A starting price or a range usually helps. Mowing prices depend on lot size, so an exact number rarely works, but a starting price filters out people looking for a much cheaper service and gives everyone else a reason to request a quote.

How long until the site brings in calls?

The site is live in about 30 days. Google Business Profile changes often show in four to six weeks, and ranking gains across a full service area usually take three to six months. Most lawn care sign ups happen in early spring, so starting in the fall or winter gives the site time to rank before the rush.

What if I already have a website?

We'll look at it on the call. If it's fast, well built and has a page for each service, we'll tell you that and focus the plan on the Google profile and town pages. If it's a one page site or a template with stock photos, a rebuild is usually the faster route.

See every site we have built on our work page. For the SEO side, start with SEO for contractors. We build on Webflow.

More trade playbooks: electrician SEO, HVAC SEO, landscaping SEO, painter SEO, plumbing SEO, roofing SEO, pressure washing marketing and window cleaning marketing. We also have pages for moving companies, garage door companies, remodeling contractors, tree services and construction companies. The general approach is covered on SEO for contractors.
