Pressure washing website examples from 8 real companies

If you're planning a new pressure washing website, the quickest way to decide what yours needs is to look at sites that are already working. Below are eight exterior cleaning websites we built and still manage. Every one of them is live, so you can open it on your own phone and see how it feels. For each site we've noted the part worth copying and one result from Google Search Console or our map tracking.

1. Applewood Exterior Cleaning

Applewood Exterior Cleaning is a two person crew in Pomfret, Connecticut, selling sixteen services across parts of Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The site gives residential and commercial work separate pages, puts twelve county pages under one service areas hub with town pages underneath, and shows the two owners in the first screen of the homepage. Every page uses the same free quote button, so a visitor never has to choose between offers.

What to copy: put the people who do the work at the top of the homepage. For a local crew competing with franchises, knowing exactly who will show up is a real selling point. In our map tracking the site holds a 79.59% share of local voice, which measures how often a business appears near the top of the map results across its area. Read the Applewood case study.

2. Under Pressure House Washing

Under Pressure House Washing works across Bergen, Morris, Essex and Passaic County in New Jersey. This was the owner's first website, and before it he had 102 five star Google reviews and nowhere to send anyone. The site has 25 service pages that cover house washing, roof washing and gutter cleaning alongside HOA cleaning, industrial power washing, parking garage cleaning and tennis court cleaning. A seasonal announcement bar above the navigation promotes holiday light installation for a few months a year.

What to copy: give commercial jobs their own pages. Property managers search for the specific job they need done, and a page about parking garage cleaning is what they land on. The site earned 335 Google clicks from January to August 2026. Read the Under Pressure case study.

Homepage of the Duncan Power Washing website

3. Duncan Power Washing

Duncan Power Washing in Wayne, New Jersey already had 491 five star Google reviews when we rebuilt the site. The new version has ten residential service pages, seven commercial service pages and five county pages. Soft washing has its own pages apart from pressure washing, because customers search for the two separately and they're priced differently.

What to copy: if you soft wash, say so on its own page. From April to August 2026 the site brought in 441 clicks on 75,014 impressions, and 38 search terms held an average position in the top 3 between June and August. Read the Duncan case study.

Homepage of the Extreme Exterior Cleaning website

4. Extreme Exterior Cleaning

Extreme Exterior Cleaning in Scotch Plains, New Jersey does a lot of commercial and industrial work. The site has 20 service pages, including graffiti removal, gum removal, oil and grease removal, dumpster pad sanitation, solar farm cleaning, shrink wrapping and asphalt sealcoating. An industries we serve page gives property managers a way in that doesn't start with house washing.

What to copy: build a page for each unusual job you do. Those searches have far less competition than house washing. From March to August 2026 the site logged 429 clicks on 98,801 impressions, and in an August 2026 map scan it appeared for roof cleaning at all 49 points on a five mile grid. Read the Extreme Exterior case study.

Homepage of the Prime Power Wash website

5. Prime Power Wash

Prime Power Wash in Hewitt, New Jersey has fourteen residential service pages, from house washing and roof washing to wood restoration, skylight cleaning, boat shrink wrapping and Christmas lighting. The navigation lists every residential service with a one line description, so a homeowner can get to the exact job from any page. The company also works in Orange County, New York, and the site has a county page for it.

What to copy: add a page for annual cleaning plans. Repeat plans are how an exterior cleaning business smooths out its season, and most sites never mention them. Monthly Google impressions went from 1,561 in December 2025 to 34,041 in July 2026. Read the Prime case study.

Homepage of the Eagle's Power Washing website

6. Eagle's Power Washing

Eagle's Power Washing in Newington, Connecticut works year round. The site has pages for ice dam removal, snow removal and fleet and equipment washing alongside the usual exterior cleaning. The homepage says the owner does the work himself and shows flat pricing.

What to copy: if you have winter services, give them pages so half your calendar can be found online. In our September 2026 map scan the business had an average rank of 4.10 for power washing. Read the Eagle's case study.

Homepage of the Nicky Blue Power Washing website

7. Nicky Blue Power Washing

Nicky Blue Power Washing is an owner operated company in Pequannock, New Jersey that started with a brand new Google profile and no reviews. The site has ten service pages, and paver re-sanding has its own page because it's priced differently from paver cleaning. Soft washing is named in the hero so a homeowner knows the method before calling, and the service area covers only the two counties the company works in.

What to copy: keep your service area to the places you really go. Google impressions went from 77 in July 2026 to 4,046 in August, with 23 clicks in August. Read the Nicky Blue case study.

Homepage of the Wake Window Cleaning website

8. Wake Window Cleaning

Wake Window Cleaning covers seven counties in Southeast Idaho and offers house washing, roof washing and pressure washing along with window cleaning. The water there leaves spots on glass, so the site names hard water spotting in the announcement bar, the hero and the window washing page, because that's the phrase local customers search for.

What to copy: use the words your customers use for their problem. Google impressions went from 817 in July 2026 to 7,537 in August. Read the Wake case study.

What these pressure washing websites have in common

Every one of these sites gives each service its own page. A homeowner searching for roof washing lands on a page about roof washing, and Google has a clear page to rank for that search.

Residential and commercial work have separate landing pages, because a homeowner and a property manager want different things from the same company.

Service areas are built from county pages with town pages under them, and each site covers only the area the company actually works.

The phone number and the quote button can be reached from every screen, and the photos are the company's own jobs.
