Roofers

Roof repair, replacement, and storm damage contractors.

Roofers
Overview

Roofing has the highest ticket and the fiercest competition of any trade we work with. It also has storm season, when everyone within fifty miles searches at once and out of state chasers roll into town.

What gets in the way
  • Storm chasers flood the market and undercut on the first quote
  • Lead sellers charge a fortune for leads shared with three other companies
  • Insurance claim work needs completely different content to retail work
  • Homeowners take weeks to decide and forget who quoted first
  • National brands dominate the paid results
What we do about it

Own the searches near you

Local ranking beats bought leads on cost per job. We build the pages and the profile that get you into the map pack for roof repair and roof replacement in each town.

Separate insurance work from retail

Storm damage and claim assistance content written for someone with a damaged roof and an adjuster on the way.

Stay in front during the decision

Automated follow up across the weeks it takes to choose, so you are not the quote they lost track of.

Questions we get asked

The things that come up on almost every first call in this trade, answered the way we would answer them on the phone.

I buy leads now. Should I stop?

Not right away. Run both, compare cost per closed job after six months, and then decide. Most roofers find the owned channels come in cheaper per job, but it takes a season to prove and we would rather prove it than assert it.

Storm chasers roll in and undercut me. What helps?

Looking visibly local and permanent. Years in business, a real local address, local reviews, and photos of jobs on streets people recognize. A company that showed up last week cannot fake a five year review history in your town.

Insurance claim work and retail work. Same pages?

No. Someone with storm damage and an adjuster coming Tuesday needs completely different content to someone budgeting a replacement for next spring. Separate paths and separate calls to action, or you write something that half fits both.

Roofing is the most competitive trade you work in. Can a small company rank?

In your own town and the ones next to it, usually. Across an entire metro against companies spending five figures a month, that is a much longer and more expensive fight, and we will say so on the first call rather than after you have signed.

Homeowners take weeks to decide. What keeps me in the running?

Follow up that runs the length of the actual decision, not two attempts and silence. Most quotes go quiet after the second try. The company still politely checking in during week four wins a surprising number of them.

What do you need from me to get started?

Photos of finished jobs, your license and insurance details, the towns you cover, and about an hour on the phone. We handle everything after that.

Where can I read the full roofing playbook?

We wrote a full page on roofing SEO and marketing: what moves the needle in this trade, what a roofing website needs, and what it costs.
